Hello, I’m Lisa Redwood
I am a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist and meditation teacher. I guide people to reconnect with their bodies and inner world and to relieve and resolve persistent pain, stress and tension, My approach is rooted in yoga therapy, somatic awareness, and the belief that healing isn’t about fixing it’s about deep listening.
Together, we create a space of safety and curiosity, where you can feel supported, seen, and empowered to soften into the wisdom already within you
